Our title insurance companies then obtain information from the public records about the property so that we can prepare a title insurance policy. When we provide closing, escrow, or settlement services, mortgage lending, or mortgage loan servicing, we may get your social security number, and we may receive additional information from third parties including appraisals, credit reports, land surveys, escrow account balances, and sometimes bank account numbers to facilitate the transaction. The Company giving or specifically adopting this notice does not share your information with marketers outside its own family. The Company uses the information we collect for the following purposes:

-To facilitate property transactions; the property-related information we collect is used to complete the buying/refinance process, including property assessments and necessary documentation.
-To improve the Company’s services, we may use the information to enhance and customize our services website content, and user experience.
-To communicate with you, we may use your contact information to respond to your inquiries, provide updates on property purchases/refinances, and share relevant information.

There is no need to tell us to keep your information to ourselves because we share your information only to provide the service requested by you or your lender, or in other ways permitted by law. The Company is a title insurance agent for the title insurance underwriters First American Title Insurance Company, Westcor Land Title Insurance Company and Stewart Title Guaranty Company​​. This privacy policy may also apply to those underwriters.
